Our Pay As You Go (PAYG) service allows anyone with internet access to securely pay for an Electric Vehicle (EV) charging session. Where the charge point offers the waveMasta™ PAYG service, a Pay Code can be viewed on the charge point screen by pressing the service button associated with the charge point you wish to use. This code may then be used to identify the charge point you wish to charge when paying for the service online.

If you are a first time user you need to register your details with us prior to payment. This will allow us to send you receipts and support you with any queries you may have regarding your usage. Once registered, you can use the service quickly and easily every time by choosing the "Make a Payment" button on the home page of the wavemasta.com website. This will direct you to the payment process where, once you are logged in, you can enter your credit card details and authorise payment. We use the Sage Pay service to handle all credit card details, so you can be sure that your information is secure at all times. As part of providing an effective service, we will need to use information you have provided to us to authenticate your use of our services and to issue information to you such as notifications and receipts. Getting started

A few easy Steps

1. Register

If you have not previously registered with our PAYG service, you can register via our website wavemasta.com by clicking on the Register button and completing the information requested.

2. Logon

Following registration, or if you have previously used our service you will need to logon with the username and password you used at the time of registration.

3. Enter the Pay Code

By entering "Make a Payment", you will be asked to provide a Pay-Code. This code is displayed on the screen at the Charge Point when the service button is pressed. You will be then be asked to confirm the duration and cost of the Charge session you wish to pay for. Once confirmed you will be asked for your card details.

4. Enter your Credit/Debit Card details into SagePay

By filling out your card details and confirming the amount to pay. SagePay will process you information and verify when your payment is complete.

5. Notification

Once your transaction via SagePay is complete, we will send you a notifcation of the successful payment and authorise the Charge Point to commence charge. You will have a limited time from parking your vehicle in order to complete a successful payment. If payment is not received in this time, the process will have to begin again from step 3, with the generation of a Pay Code from the charge point. The duration of the charging session and any parking time will then be as selected during the payment process.
